Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product’s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

You can order products online via www.thesostudio.co.uk When you place an order for a product, you’re offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We may refuse to accept an order if;

We do not receive your payment

There has been a pricing or product description error

The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued

Personalised products contain content which may cause offence to our staff.In the event of refusal, we will immediately refund your debit or credit card for the total amount debited where your card has been charged.

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit or debit card through our payment providers.

The SoStudio Shop uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. All payments are collected and processed by Stripe. We never ever see your credit card number.

We try to keep our site up to date; however, we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the specified time you can request cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

For most items on our website you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting us, email lizzie@thesostudio.co.uk.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are personalised or custom made to your requirements in any way. Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order carefully during the order process and on the confirmation email, as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt, have the incorrect date or if you have had a change of heart.

We undertake full due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner. Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

Garment sizes are approximate and should be used for guidance. Please ask us to help ensure you choose the right fit for your needs and feel free to ask anything. Garment sizes can vary within orders. This is beyond our control and we cannot take responsibility for any variations as we do not manufacture the garments.
The customer is responsible for any issues arising from copyright infringement on images supplied. The SO Studio will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes supplied by the customer.

When placing an order with The SO STUDIO you are regarded to have accepted our Terms and Conditions of trade , delivery and returns policies. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices

Prices on our website store, schools/clubs are vat inclusive.

Our prices, quoted for are not inclusive of VAT.

Prices are subject to change and are shown in £ pound sterling.

Artwork

All artwork must be approved by customers prior to order processing.

Print

There is a one off £25+vat digitising charge is a vector file (.eps) cannot be provided.

Embroidery

Your design/logo will need to be digitized into an embroidery file. There is a one off £25+vat digitising charge. We save the design for future orders so you only pay this once.

Ordering is as simple as it can get.

Email to designs@thesostudio.co.uk  A good quality jpg file is perfect.

If in doubt, email us your artwork and we’ll check it.

*An expert will check your design and advise if we need to make changes.

*Your fabric sample proof in 3 working days . Approve the design and we’ll start production.
